- Term 1 report cards approved — 412 published
- Fee reminders sent to 63 parents with pay links
Every school ERP claims to do everything. Here is what is actually different about SSMS, in plain words.
011. One record per child and staff member
Person-centric design: one identity used by admissions, fees, exams, transport and the parent portal — no copies to keep in sync.
022. Every office, one platform
37 modules from admissions to assets share data, so transport fees follow route changes and attendance flows into payroll.
033. Your language, every screen
English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and more, per user — and messages to each parent in theirs.
044. Rules, not formulas
Fee structures, late fees, exam schemes and approvals stored as configuration that anyone can read.
055. Money handled to the paisa
Receipts only after verified payment, reversal instead of edits, and books that post themselves.
066. Compliance built in
CBSE patterns and files, UDISE+ and APAAR readiness, statutory payroll and a mandatory disclosure page.
077. AI that drafts, people decide
Questions and remarks drafted with your own AI keys, always reviewed before use.
088. Security parents can trust
Role and data-scope access, 2-step sign-in, encryption of sensitive fields, audit trail and tested backups.
099. Transparent pricing
Prices on the website, an instant quote builder, and a free trial before you pay.
1010. A team that has done this for 21 years
Onboarding, migration and training by people who have implemented school software across India.
