How we migrate
We start by taking exports from your current software or registers — Excel, CSV or database dumps. Our team maps your fields to SSMS, runs trial imports into a staging copy, and shares count and balance reconciliations: number of students per class, fee dues per head, staff count and so on. Only when you sign off do we import into your live school.
Current-session data (students, parents, staff, outstanding dues, library books) is part of standard onboarding. Historical migration — past years' receipts, results and records — is available as an add-on, because it needs more mapping and checking.
