When a child walks into the infirmary, the nurse must know immediately about allergies, conditions and medication — and the parent must be told what happened. Paper health cards in a cupboard are too slow for that, and too easy to lose.

SSMS keeps a health profile for each student — blood group, allergies, conditions, medication, emergency contacts — as sensitive data visible only to roles you allow. Each infirmary visit records the complaint, treatment, medicine given from infirmary stock, and the outcome: back to class, sent home or to hospital. The parent is notified automatically. Vaccinations and annual health check-ups (height, weight, BMI, vision, dental) are recorded with reports, and medical leave links to attendance.
