SSMS creates documents from HTML templates with variables — student name, class, admission number, fees, dates — including the name in local script and Hindi formatters for amounts in words and dates. Templates are versioned and mapped by school, board or class, so a CBSE TC and a state board TC can differ. Signatures are stored as images and applied on approval.
