Approvals that don't depend on who is in the office
Who approves a fee waiver above ₹10,000? What if the principal is on leave? Every school has rules like these, but they live in people's heads, and are bent when people are busy.
The SSMS workflow engine stores the rules: a single designated approver, several levels in sequence or in parallel, thresholds (for example, waivers above an amount need the trustee), escalation when a request waits too long, and resubmission when something is sent back. The same engine drives concessions, waivers, refunds, leave, attendance corrections, purchase requests and orders, payroll approval and more. Requesters see where their request is; approvers get it on their list with everything they need to decide.
The form builder lets you create forms — fields, validation, repeating sections, conditional questions and signatures — for admissions, feedback, staff requests or anything else, and attach a workflow to them.
