Every school leader asks the same questions every week

How much fee did we collect this month, and how much is overdue? Which classes are below 75% attendance? How many admissions in Class 1 so far? Traditionally someone in the office prepares these answers in Excel, every time they are asked.

SSMS gives every role a dashboard of live widgets: the principal sees attendance, collection, admissions, syllabus completion and results; the accountant sees collection by mode, dues ageing and what needs attention in the books; HR, transport and hostel each have their own. Each module also adds cards to the main dashboard.

Build your own reports — safely

The report builder lets authorised users pick a dataset (fee dues and collection, collections, students, and more), choose fields, filters and totals, and view the result as a grid with subtotals, a pivot (for example classes × instalments) or a chart. Reports can be saved privately or shared with colleagues who are allowed to see the same data, and exported to Excel with totals. Each dataset needs its own permission, so the builder never shows data a user couldn't see anyway.
