Subscriptions

SSMS is licensed per school per year for the edition, modules and student numbers in your order. Fees are payable in advance, plus applicable taxes.

Free trial

Trials are for evaluation, for the period stated on the website, and may be extended or ended at our discretion. Trial data may be kept if you subscribe.

Customer data

Your school owns the data it enters. We process it only to provide the service and will provide an export on request at the end of your subscription.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar having jurisdiction.
