When you submit a form (free trial, demo, quote, contact or partner application) we collect the details you enter — such as name, email, mobile number, school name, role, city and message — and technical details such as the page and campaign you came from. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, set up trials, send quotes and information about SSMS, and improve our website. We do not sell your data.

Data in the SSMS software

Schools using SSMS are the data controllers for the student, parent and staff data they enter. We process it on their behalf under our agreement with the school, only to provide the service, and protect it as described on our Data Security page.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, and deleted on request where the law allows.
