School software, built for how Indian schools work

Who we are

SSMS is built by a team of school-software engineers, implementation specialists and support staff in India. We have spent years inside school offices — at the admission desk, the fee counter, the exam cell and the transport office — and SSMS is shaped by what we saw there.

Why we built SSMS

Schools told us the same things for years: they wanted one system instead of separate fee, payroll and transport software; they wanted their staff to work in Hindi, Gujarati or Marathi; they wanted parents served on their phones; and they wanted software that kept up with CBSE, UDISE+ and APAAR without a new installation every year.

SSMS is our answer: a cloud platform designed from the ground up for Indian schools, with a shared core — people, roles, workflows, templates, notifications, payments, files and audit — and modules for every office on top. It runs as shared cloud, on a dedicated server or on-premise, for a single pre-school or a group of many schools.

What we believe

• Configuration over customisation. Fee rules, exam schemes, approvals and templates are settings, so your school works your way without custom code.
• People decide. Automation and AI suggest, calculate and remind; approvals and high-impact decisions stay with people.
• Nothing is silently changed. Corrections are recorded as new transactions or versions, with an audit trail.
• Your data is yours. Hosted in India, never used for advertising, exportable whenever you want.
