Adoption depends on language
A school ERP only works if the people at the counter, the gate, the hostel and the staff room actually use it. Many of them are more comfortable reading Hindi, Gujarati or Marathi than English. Software that only speaks English quietly pushes them back to paper.
SSMS translates every screen. Each user picks their language in the top bar, and the choice follows them to any device. English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi ship complete; Punjabi, Bengali, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Urdu (right-to-left) can be switched on. The platform and each organisation can adjust words — and download all words as a spreadsheet, translate, and load them back.
Messages to parents use templates in each language, so every family is addressed in theirs. Documents can carry a child's name in local script, amounts in Hindi words and dates in Hindi.
