Small children, big responsibility — made simple

Pre-schools need less software, done very well

A play school does not need a timetable engine or board exams. It needs smooth admissions and fee collection, attendance, and above all safety: knowing exactly who collects each child, and keeping parents reassured through the day.

SSMS Lite covers the essentials: enquiries and online admissions, fee structures with instalments and online payment, attendance with parent alerts, and a parent portal. The front desk adds OTP-verified pick-up — a code goes to the parent's phone and the person collecting must give it, with a photo at the gate — so a child only ever leaves with an authorised adult. Day-care and day-boarding are enrolled as fee services, billed only for the months used.

Activity photos are shared with parents in albums that respect each family's consent, and notices go out in the parent's language.
