Free trial first

Because every school can try SSMS free before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription year has started.

Cancellation

You may choose not to renew at the end of any subscription year by informing us at least 30 days before renewal. Your data export will be provided on request.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades are charged pro-rata for the rest of the year. Downgrades take effect from the next renewal.

One-time services

Onboarding add-ons, migration and on-site training are non-refundable once delivered.

Exceptions

If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed, we will refund the unused portion of your fees.
