Admission under the Right to Education Act's provision reserving seats in private schools for children from economically weaker and disadvantaged groups.
In school software, RTE is usually set up as an admission category with its own seat count and a fee structure (often zero fee for covered heads), so these students are handled correctly in fees and appear properly in government reports.
